  If you wanted to go to College/University, how do you think you would fair, after paying off your Student Loans?

  if you do not get higher learning, where do you see yourself in 20 years, 50 years?.

  or loss/saving for 40 years = $480,000.00.. someone else can compound the interest.. do you have a 5 year plan?

  I only know one person who I think works for not the FBI but the CIA.

  He was a Cheerleader at my High School. Very outgoing, personable, talkative, intelligent. After University he got a job overseas. He is fluent in some politically not main stream, but odd languages. My high school has a web site, so alumni all over the world can stay in touch. Whenever he sends a picture of himself, he's in the shadows etc., never fully exposed. Sort of #007ish to me. Anyway, if Jim is not working for the CIA undercover, if he ever reads this, extremely unlikely, I hope it will give him a laugh.

  Loving sister passed away and guess what and elder said...?

  the cycle continues.... two weeks ago a loving and fragile sister passed away due to her age and chronic health, she only had one son and 2 grandsons.

  (she was the only jw in her family)when my wife gave me the sad news we immediately went over to the hospital to give some words of comfort to the grieving family.. .

  what happened next was another cruel example of works for salvation vs. good deeds from love.

  a couple of weeks ago, playing on facebook, i typed in the name of a girl, i studied with.

  her son's name came up.

  A couple of weeks ago, playing on Facebook, I typed in the name of a girl, I studied with. Her son's name came up. I clicked on it.

  Oh my. He looks to me sweet and lost but from a 'Hood.

  I know the circumstance of his birth. I held him as a new born. His mother was so sweet and shy. Just a young teenage girl.

  I sent him a message. How handsome he was. He looks like his Grandpa, Uncle and mom. He friended me. I OK'ed it, then looked at his site again, and unfriended him.

  His mom, I am now sorry to say, was baptized years ago. He...well he is considerably what we would call really worldly. Just yesterday he put up that his Education was at Pelican Bay State Prison. He had the click on Youtube videos of the race riots that happened while he was in. Blacks against Sur Mexicans.

  I feel so sorry for him.

  We are in for a blizzard!

  the winter storm watch has just been upgraded to a blizzard watch.

  from where i sit, just outside of boston, it looks like up to 2 feet of snow from friday to saturday with high winds that will make travel very difficult if not impossible.. .

  I hope you all are doing OK.

  You guys on The East Coast have had a lot to contend with Sandy etc.

  I am way over on The West Coast where it is more than likely we're the ones that will get the big rockin 'n rollin' earthquakes. I have emailed a few on the Board, my address, just in case we get The Big One. We won't get any prewarning. My daughter and I moved without letting our K.H. COBE know where we are. That doesn't scare me anymore.

  Hope you all stay warm and cosy .

  we got a call from a jehovah witness and they were willing to help shovel our drive way.

  i find it strange how these jw's take an interest in our welfare.where as others could care less.

  so i realize not all jw's are bad.if only more of them take a geuine interest in others they would not be so bad.

  No Internet...Bad...Next...Yes... Buy a computer-I-Pad...We have decided that we need our white washed graves to look smarter. Imagine how we will be viewed by this World...old ones, young ones...   WhyAmIHere>>>>>It does the cockles of my heart good to hear of someone who learned TTATT 10 years ago and is enjoying a happy, healthy life, and raising kids the normal way. Unconditional love. Children getting to bed at normal times and no dressing up like little adults and knocking on neighbors doors.

  Cliff>>>>>Yes lol I agree with you. I have to confess at times I loved service and pioneering. I really thought I was helping people. But now I love TTATT and am embarrassed how I spent my life.

  Last summer, The Judge told me to apply for my old age pension. I thought how can this be so? I haven't even started to live yet?

  My Life was wasted for nothing.

  Your advise to your children is priceless:

  Find something you are really passionate about and love doing, then find someone to pay you to do it.

  I agree 100% with what you are saying...verses = No one pays cash money for wasted years as a pub/ pio . Some things need to be re-evaluated.
